It is advisable to review these Terms periodically for changes, as your continued use of the Site subsequent to any changes constitutes your acceptance of those modifications, irrespective of whether you have reviewed them, and you waive any right to receive individualized notice of such changes.
By utilizing the Site, whether as a guest or a registered user, you agree to be legally bound by these Terms as though you had executed this agreement. These Terms may be supplemented by additional terms and conditions related to specific content and activities. Account Access
Wealth Link provides access to its educational content through a tiered account structure. You can gain access to each level by purchasing a designated package. Each package grants you access to the corresponding courses as outlined in the Packages list.
To create an account with the Site, you must possess Internet access and provide us with certain personal information, including a current, valid, accepted method of payment upon entry to the Site (which may be updated periodically, referred to as the “Payment Method”) to utilize the Wealth Link service. We will bill the fee to your Payment Method in advance. We reserve the right to modify, terminate, or otherwise amend our account plans.
Billing
By initiating your account, you authorize us to charge you the applicable fee as detailed in the Packages list on our website. The fee will be charged upfront before access to the corresponding content is granted.
Cancellation
All fees are fully earned upon payment and are non-refundable, except within the first 90 days from the commencement of access, provided that you have not viewed more than 50% of the lessons made available to you.
Passwords and Account Access
The person who creates the account and whose Payment Method is charged is referred to as the Account Owner. The Account Owner has access to and control over the Wealth Link account. The Account Owner’s control is exercised through the use of the Account Owner’s password, and to maintain exclusive control, the Account Owner should not disclose the password to any third party.
Furthermore, if the Account Owner wishes to prevent others from altering the Account Owner’s control, the Account Owner should refrain from disclosing the Payment Method details (e.g., last four digits of their credit or debit card) associated with their account. You are responsible for updating and maintaining the truthfulness and accuracy of the information you provide to us concerning your account.
Accounts are provided on an individual basis, and you are expressly prohibited from granting access to another person or entity. You should exercise caution regarding any communication requesting that you submit credit card or other account information. Providing your information in response to such communications may result in identity theft. Always access your sensitive account information by navigating directly to the Wealth Link website rather than through a hyperlink in an email or any other electronic communication, even if it appears official. Wealth Link reserves the right to place any account on hold at any time, with or without notification to the account holder, in order to protect itself and its partners from what it deems to be fraudulent activity. Wealth Link is not obligated to credit or discount an account for holds placed on the account, whether by a representative of Wealth Link or through the automated processes of Wealth Link.
Applications
You may encounter third-party applications (including, without limitation, websites, widgets, software, or other utilities) (collectively, “Applications”) that interact with the Wealth Link service. These Applications may import data related to your Wealth Link account and activities and may otherwise gather data from you. Such Applications are provided solely as a convenience, and Wealth Link is not responsible for these Applications. These Applications are owned or operated by third parties not affiliated with or sponsored by Wealth Link. Use of any Application is at your own risk.
Acceptable Use of the Site
It is impractical to provide an exhaustive list of what constitutes acceptable and unacceptable use of this site.
